The ARC Truck Series invaded Dover international speedway last Friday night for the 4th Points Race of the season. Ryan Lowe Grabbed the Pole along with Christopher Shella dn Brandon Hastings rounding out the top 3 starting positions. As the race got started Ryan Lowe and Christopher Shella checked out from the field which got spread out quickly in groups of 2 and 3 trucks racing hard for position all over the track. The Race went green for a very long time. Around lap 78 green flag pit stops started, with almost everyone taking 4 tires as everyone needed a full tank of fuel to make it too the end. Brandon Hasting's Pulled off first to short pit to try to gain some time on the front to runners, who had a out standing battle with Christopher shella leading for about 30 laps and Lowe leading for about 40 before the time of green flag stops. When the stops were all done, Lowe came out with the lead followed by Shella, Drew Carroll, and Brandon Hastings, everyone else had been put at least one lap down. Around lap 90 Trevor Perry self spun and brought out the only caution of the race. TJ Thompson got the lucky dog, and Ty McWhirter along with David Brownell stayed out to both get the wave by. That put TJ and Ty back on the lead lap, and put David only 1 lap down. On the ensuing restart Ryan Lowe got a great start over Shella, who both pulled away, as Hastings was able to pass Carroll for 3rd. Ryan Lowe was able to hold off a hard charging Christopher Shella for his 3rd Career win, 2nd of the season, and 2nd in a row.
