a look back: indy and sonoma

Last Sunday and Monday, we took a trip to the famed oval, the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and to the twist and turns of the Sonoma Raceway for Road Masters V. Indianpolis was a good race for many drivers as the racing was intense. However, Joseph Pisciotta came out on top, claiming his first victory of the season and locking himself into the Chase grid. Monday night we went out to Sonoma California for the only road race of the season. This race was mainly dominated by Blade Whitt and Ty McWhirter with a paint swapping battle for the lead, which changed several times. Blade Whitt was declared the winner at the end of the intense last lap battle but after further review from the administrators, the win was revoked and given to the 2nd place finisher, Ryan Lowe.
